Maserati is a high class Italian car producer. The company was first created in December 1, 1914, in Bologna. The company has since relocated to Modena. The logo for the company is a trident. In 1993, the brand was bought by the enormous vehicle conglomerate, Fiat S.p.A. The manufacture of Maserati was closely tied to Ferrari at first, but has since been associated with a larger sports car group including Alfa Romero.

The company was created by five brothers with the last name Maserati, who had all been working with automobiles since the beginning of the century. They built race cars for Diatto, but Diatto halted its race car production in 1926. The brothers then created Maserati. Jason Hope is a huge car lover. Check out other things Jason Hope loves today.
